We are looking for a Client Service Associate (CSA) who will have the opportunity to act as a financial concierge, building strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that their accounts are properly serviced. PROACTIVE WITH A SERVICE MENTALITY. You think ahead to anticipate future needs and possible challenges and find solutions before ever interacting with the client to ensure smooth and seamless client services. FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE WITH AN OUTSTANDING ATTENTION TO DETAIL. You display the ability to switch gears quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and are ready to wear multiple hats. You prepare, check, and double-check documents to ensure that paperwork and documentation are accurately filled out with no numbers transposed, no typos, or no missing items.

You understand the importance of humility and self-awareness in every interaction, really listen to clients, and connect with them on more than a transactional level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

Within the first 30 days & ongoing:

*Becomes familiar with Pecaut Wealth Management's mission, core values, and culture.

*Begins to build positive working relationships with advisors and the leadership team by being fully engaged and asking insightful questions regarding projects and responsibilities.

*Is familiar with the internal processes of onboarding new clients and the required paperwork to open accounts.

*Learns where to find the necessary information to complete paperwork for servicing client accounts.

3 months & ongoing:

*Partners with Client Account Manager to learn the process to schedule client meetings and update the client database.

*Learns to process move money requests for clients and asks insightful questions to ensure understanding. Prepares paperwork, coordinates with clients, ensures details are correct, properly documents, and executes by deadlines.

6 - 12 months and ongoing:

*Is independent in the process of pulling client reports from software and printing and delivering quarterly reports to clients via mail and digitally.

*Fully independent in all aspects of their role and is the go-to person to answer questions that relate to clients.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

*Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field a plus

*2+ years’ experience in Client service and/or Operations in the financial services industry highly preferred

*1+ years’ experience with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Accounting firm highly preferred

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Portfolio management software preferred, experience with Excel V lookup and pivot tables a plus

*Direct experience custodial platforms: Schwab, and TD Ameritrade a plus

*Notary certification a plus, or willingness to become a notary

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Compensation range for this role is $50,000+ annually, based on skills and experience level.
